The Wedding Menu is a unique guide enabling you to design a signature day with your own style. Use the entre’e and suggested side dishes accompanied with them alternatively, combine with other choices and ideas for your style.

Price range: Budget $8.95 – $10.95. Casual to very formal $10.95 – $25.00. Guest range 75 – 475. Special considerations for below and above.

Full chinaware, tabletop set-up white coffee serving carafes, silverware, wine glasses. Table linens, skirting, color linen napkins, prestige line of china. Water infused w/ iced lemons/limes/cucumber slices.

All entre’es can be sit-down style, platter, passing family or buffet stations.

Chicken Style - baked – stuffed – seasoned – sauced – grilled – BBQ

  • Herb Chicken Breast in a basil herb tomato Provencal or Alfredo.
    Virgin olive oil roasted vegetables, baby red potato. Accompanied by organic mixed greens, fresh berry garni. Ptarmigan cheese, drizzled with house dressing raspberry champagne. Vienna, artisan, Portuguese multigrain flat garlic breads & rolls.
  • Grilled Tuscany Seasoned Chicken served with stuffed cheese tortellini rainbow pasta, french style green beans almondine. Mixed organic greens with sliced red apples, berries tossed with choice dressing. Our signature loaf breads.
  • Chicken Kiev herbal thyme and rosemary sweet butter. Served with wild rice almondine. Sicilian vegetable blend. Organic mixed greens, fresh berry garni, ptarmigan cheese, dressing of choice. Cranberry sweet nut breads.
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu stuffed with smoked ham and cheeses. Served with baby red potatos in a garlic butter sauce, roasted vegetable blend, mixed organic 5-leaf greens salad, and signature loaf breads.
  • Country Chicken Breast with garlic mashed potato with sauce. Artisan, Portuguese, multigrain rolls. Garlic ptarmigan flat breads.

Beef Style – Sliced – Marinated – Kabob – Table Carving

  • Beef Tips sauced with marinated Portobellos and sweet onions in a delicate burgundy wine. Served over pasta. French style green beans almondine. Mixed organic greens with sliced red apples and berries tossed with choice dressing. Artisan flat herbal breads.

Other Entre’es

  • Sliced Pork Loin marinated in applesauce, served with maple-glazed sweet potatos, white and wild rice or garlic mashed potatos. Accompanied by roasted olive oil vegetables. Mixed greens topped with sweet pears and apples, raspberry VIN dressing. Artisan and Portuguese multigrain breads and rolls.
  • Baked or Broiled Fish, Salmon, Steak or Shrimp served with creamy dill sauce, served over a bed of wild and white rice blend. French style green beans topped with feta cheese. Accompanied by spinach leaf Caesar salad topped with cherry tomatoes, bagel chip croutonsand Caesar dressing. Our signature loaf breads.
  • Combination  2 Meat Entre’e *Chicken and Beef Tips *Salmon Steak & Grilled Chicken *USDA Choice Sirloin Tips & Italian Chicken *Chicken Breast & Meatballs. Entre’es include mixed toss greens, potato, side vegetables, bread and rolls.
  • Combination Meat, Vegetarian & Seafood Entre’e could include grilled virgin olive oil herb chicken breast and shrimp or beef kabob. Accompanied by Portobello mushroom lasagna, Mixed organic greens. Choice roasted vegetables, baby red new potatos, side garlic butter white sauce and signature breads and rolls.
  • Grilled Tuscany Shrimp Mediterranean chicken feta cheese. Side green beans, onions, red peppers. Artisan, Portuguese, multigrain rolls. Garlic flat breads.
  • Manicotti all Etruscan stuffed mozzarella pasta sauced in a basil herb Provencal. Asiago mini vegetable cheese Quiche. Mini beef burgers or mini salmon burgers. Cheese toppings – dipping sauces BBQ – Buffalo – Chipotle – Honey Dijon – Creamy Dill Spread.
