Watermelon / Pineapple Center Piece – Italian Vinaigrette Black Olive Vegetable Pasta – Real Old Fashion Potato Salad – Build your own Bratwurst & Burger Buffet (Lettuce, Cheese, Pickles, Tomato, Onions, Sauerkraut). Buns and Spreads.

Mexican Buffet
Taco Bar – Seasoned Beef or Chicken – Lettuce Vegetable Salad – Taco Shells – Cheese, lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream, Onions. Served with Hot Mexican Beans – Tortilla Chips with Salsa / Enchilada Dipping Sauces.

USDA Steaks available at market price – Baked Beans with Bacon or Cheese / Ham Scalloped Potato – Fruit & Vegetable Assortment – Cole Slaw Vegetable Dumpling or Potato Salad – Vienna, Artisan, Portuguese Multigrain Breads & Rolls.

Summer Celebration Feast
Cascading Fruit Display – Garnished Salads – Signature Cole Slaw Dumpling – Grilled Tuscany Seasoned Chicken Breast – Grilled Shrimp Kabobs – Olive Oil Roasted Vegetables (green beans, bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, and broccoli) – Baby Red Potato – Vienna, Artisan, Portuguese Multigrain Breads & Rolls.

Menu pricing can include pick-up service with garnished bowls & trays ready to serve. All food service equipment & utensils needed per menu. Extra service fees: Delivery – set-up – Serving staff – Theme De’cor linens, eating ware, tables,chairs, tents. Call for complete pricing needs.
